Great place if you are on a budget but still want to experience South Korea.

I appreciated the location of the guesthouse. It was located one stop away from Seoul train station. Subway and bus was short walking distance away from the Guesthouse which made my Seoul sightseeing very easy and convenient. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, letting me check-in earlier with an additional cost because the room was ready.

Basic room for a short stay in a convenient location

Convenient location, next to line no 4 metro stop and a couple of minutes walk from line no 1. 10 min on foot to Seoul Station. Friendly staff and flexible check in - my room was ready earlier than expected.

There is no fridge, neither in the room nor in the shared space. The room is fitted with a tiny window, hidden behind what looks like doors to a closet. It's shown on the pictures so there is no misunderstanding but that apparent lack of a window still makes the room feel a bit claustrophobic

Friendly staff

It was written "no prepaid needed", but they send me a message "Your booking is not confirmed !please bank transfer to confirm your booking" But I was already on my way in the country with no access to my bank. I was not sure about the stay until I finally arrived at Seoul. And its better use the Sookmyung Womens Uni (line no 4). Just around the corner, 2 min. It was shown the Seoul Station at the description, and it takes 20-30 min of walk down the place.

Great location & comfy

Well located close to Seoul Station, I was around 30min max. away from main touristic areas. Street is calm, 2 coffee shops are in both corner and they are really good. Staff was so kind, and their english quite good. The boss is korean but there are other people who could welcome you and they are from other countries. So whatever is your language it should be fine ! I was on F1 of the building, so I might have a bit more noises from the street but it was ok. Building is quiet, secured and convenient.

There was no kitchen or common space, which was a pity when it comes to eat. We can eat in the bedroom but it's not really handy. Bathroom smelled a bit, but it appeared that it was a punctual problem. For those who don't like hard/firm bed, it was fine for me but just so you know it's really firm.

for the price, it’s a great place

the location was great, the room is small but I was traveling alone and it was more than enough for me, the staff were super nice, I liked the hard bed and slept very well on it. I would say for the price it’s a really good deal and would recommend.

The wifi didn’t really work well, but I had unlimited data so that didn’t effect me personally but might bother some people.
